My name is Bob Maiocco, and I would like to introduce myself as well as our blog, the Conifer Mountain Pulse. I am the Conifer Mountain market expert for 8z Real Estate. I am a great source for community information in Conifer Mountain area. I live at the base of Conifer Mountain and can frequently be found driving up and down the mountain on the way to a client’s home. I have sold many homes in Conifer Mountain and the adjacent Kings Valley neighborhood and show homes here non-stop.
I moved to Conifer Mountain because I was impressed with the views of the Kenoshas and Pikes Peak, the sense of privacy and mountain solitude without having to go too far west. This area gave me the mountain setting and serenity while keeping my city commute short. I sought out a small community to raise my two boys and the schools and extra curricular activities here are compelling. I prefer an environment that promotes creativity and initiative among children and the mountains, rivers, canyons and forests create a great setting to develop character. I’ve worked with many buyers and seller in Conifer Mountain for many years and although I sell homes all over Conifer and the other mountain towns Conifer Mountain is frequently the “right answer” to my clients list of wants and needs. I study this market and strive to visit (and sell) every home that comes on the market here. I have a high level of understanding of the unique characteristics that effect values here and pride myself on my ability to communicate that knowledge to my clients to help them make the best decisions possible for their goals.
I’ve launched Conifer Mountain Pulse as a way to keep the current residents informed of what is happening in their community. This includes information to help current homeowners know what their home is worth, ways to make it more valuable, and to know what others in their neighborhood are up to. It’s also a forum for the community to have discussions about what’s happening around the neighborhood.
Keep up to date with the Conifer Mountain Facebook page or on the blog. If we haven’t already, I look forward to meeting you. And for those of you who are new to the Conifer Mountain community, welcome!
